The first 25 minutes of each class is an introduction to water for babies while assisting with gross motor development through movement and nursery rhymes. After a 20-minute break Mums return to the pool for a 45-minute aquarobics class run by a physiotherapist experienced in women’s health.
This is an opportunity to return to exercise safely after your delivery while your baby is supervised poolside by a staff member. Stretch out and get your heart rate up with the assistance and resistance of the water.
